Remove Debounce if you're having trigger issues

Remove the lines with debounce in them if you're having issues with your trigger signal being ignored or delayed to the camera.

Portable LVS9580 Verification Solution

So we Velcro'd a Windows 10 tablet to the 9580 to come up with a walk around solution to grade codes.  Cabling is crude in the photos but its a good prototype.
